Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme: Nga ky bashkim operatoresh mungon prokura e posacme, eshte sjelle vetem marreveshja midis operatoreve. Mungon Leje/Autorizim per tregtim karburanti. Nuk eshte plotesuar shtojca nr. 5. Operatori Salti Oil u terhoq nga nenshkrimi i kontrates. Gazyka shpk me oferte te paraqitur me një vlerë të përgjithshme prej 2 490 719 leke pa tvsh si dhe me marzh fitimi 7.33 % per nafte dhe 7.81 % per benzinen është identifikuar si oferta e suksesshme. |
