Ka pasur ankesa. Kjo procedure prokurimi i eshte nenshtruar procedurave ankimuese prane autoritetit kontraktor dhe KPP-se, dhe ky njoftim fituesi bazohet ne vendimin nr. 689/2018 te Komisionit te Prokurimit Publik, vendim i cili ka kualifikura vetem operatorin ekonomik “Fat Group” Jane skualifikuar: 1.Shoqeria “Vibtis’’, SHPK Arsyeja e skualifikimit: - Raporti ekspertit kontabel per bilancin e vitit 2015 nuk eshte original e as kopje e noterizuar. - Mungojne disa nga mostrat e artikujev te kerkuara. 2.Shoqeria “Mega Plast 2L’’, SHPK Arsyeja e skualifikimit: - Mungojne disa nga mostrat e artikujve te kerkuara. 3.Shoqeria “Alfa Solutions’’, SHPK Arsyeja e skualifikimit: - Nuk ka paraqitur vertetimin banker mbi gjendjen financiare prej 10% te fondit limit. - Dokumentacioni mbi kontraten e ngjashme nuk ploteson kriterin e 40% te vleres se fondit limit. - Raporti ekspertit kontabel per bilancin e vitit 2016 nuk eshte original e as kopje e noterizuar. - Nuk ploteson kriterin e konfirmimit te shlyrjes se energjise elektrike. 4.Shoqeria “Wat 2010’’, SHPK Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument ne kete procedure prokurimi. |
