Asnje prej opertoreve te bashkimit ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur vertetime apo dokumenta per te vertetuar kete pike te kapacitetit ekonomik dhe financiar. • Operatori ekonomik nuk ka mundur dot te vertetoje piken 2 te kapacitetit teknik ku kerkohet qe : Operatori ekonomik ofertues duhet te jete i pajisur me Licence nga Qendra Kombetare e Licensimit (QKL). Anetari i bashkimit ekonomik Das Oil si perfaqesues i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument per te vertetuar piken 2 te kapacitetit teknik. |
