Të skualifikuar: 1. “Bajrami N” sh.p.k : • Autoriteti Kontraktor ka kërkuar në kriterin Nr.13 të kriterve të veçanta, kapaciteti teknik ti vihet në dispozicion 1 Eskavator me goma, për ekzekutimin e kontratës. Operatori Ekonomik në përmbushje të kriterit nuk ka paraqitur vetëm asnjë Eskavator me goma me dokumentacionin shoqërues të nevojshme të kërkuar nga AK në dokumentat standarte te tenderit. • Shoqëria “Bajrami N” shpk nuk zotëron kapacitet të mjaftueshem teknik për sa i përket mjeteve për të realizuar kontratën për këtë objekt prokurimi duke mos përmbushur Kriteret e veçanta për kualifikim, Kapaciteti Teknik dhe profesional. 2. “EURONDERTIMI 2000” sh.p.k : • Dokumentacioni i paraqitur nga Operatori Ekonomik lidhur me shtojcën 10, është i paplotë lidhur Eskavatorin me goma për rrjedhojë i pavlefshëm. |
