Bashkim Operatoresh Eroil dhe Das oil : Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomik DAS OIL dhe EROIL nuk plotesojne kriteret e kerkuara per kualifikim si me poshte: • Bashkimi i Operatoreve nuk ka paraqitur nje vertetim te OSHEE per operatorin Das OIL . • Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike DAS OIL dhe EROIL nuk kane paraqitur nje autorizim per tregtim karburanti ne qytetin e Kukesit, per licensim per tregtim karburanti. • Nga marrevshja e nenshkruar dhe prokura e posaqme e sjelle ne menyre elektronike na rezulton se eshte nje marreveshje dhe prokure e pergjithshme dhe jo e posaqme e ezauruar ne procedura te tjera prokurimi pasi permbane dhe date 24.04.2017 dhe se nuk specifikon te drejtat dhe detyrimet nga palet per objektin e prokurimit prane Ujesjelles Kanalizime Kukes sh.a me objekt “BlerjeKarburanti” me fond limit 3.240.000 leke pa tvsh. |
