Nga ana e Autoritetit Kontraktor, Posta Shqiptare sh.a.,brenda afateve ligjore është trajtuar ankesa, Operatorit Ankimues i është kthyer përgjigje me nr. 636/3 prot.datë 19.04.2019. Operatori “Trinity Trade” sh.p.k, NIPT K81630026U është ankuar pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik për procedurën e prokurimit të sipërpërmendur e cila me Vendimin Nr. 403/2019 Prot, datë 26.06.2019 ka vendosur të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga Operatori Ekonomik duke lejuar në këtë mënyrë AK Posta Shqiptare sh.a të vazhdojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së prokurimit.
