Jane Skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. “BAJRAMI.N” sh.p.k • Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.9, “Kapaciteti teknik” te kritereve e vecanta per kualifikim, sepse nuk ka paraqitur: - Autorizim te prodhuesit/ve/distributorit te autorizuar per listen e mallrave: Çelës (Kompass) 110kV me gaz SF6 me tr.; Rryme ndares me rreshkitje + thike toke; Ndarës me dy thika toke 110 kV, tre faze; Transformator tensioni 110 kV; Shkarkues 110 kV dhe Radrizator/karikues i baterive 400/230 V 220 VDC. - Certifikat qe verteton qe sistemi i menaxhimit te cilesise eshte sipas standartit ISO 9001:2008 per prodhuesin / prodhuesit e mallrave per te cilet eshte kerkuar autorizim prodhuesi ose distributor i autorizuar. - Katalog/et ose fragmente te katalogut/eve te prodhuesit/per listen e materialeve te kerkuara ne kete kriter . - Deshmi te testimeve zyrtare per listen e mallrave te kerkuara ne kete kriter kualifikimi. 2. “Vellezerit Hysa” sh.p.k : • Me perjashtim te dokumentit “Certifikate Regjistrimi” nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument tjeter te kerkuar ne dokumentat e tenderit perfshire ketu dhe oferten ekonomike. |
