Bashkimi i Operatoreve ekonomike “Mobitel” shpk dhe “Ervin Luzi” : - Operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson Kriteret e Vecanta te Kualifikimit. Operatori nuk ploteson piken 2.1.b dhe c per kapacitetin ligjor/professional pasi Çertifikatat te paraqitur nga Operatori ekonomik jane fotokopje dhe te pa noterizuar sipas percakimeve ne DST. - Operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson piken 2.2.b per kapacitetin ekonomik dhe financiar pasi bilanci i paraqitur nuk shoqerohet me konfirmim nga autoritetet perkatese ashtu sikurse eshte kerkuar ne DST. - Operatori ekonomik nuk ploteson piken 2.3.c per kapacitetin teknik pasi jane kerkuar qe operatori ekonomik te kete te punesuar dy inxhinier elektronik. Operatori nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per dy inxhiniera elektronike. 2.
