Ka pasur ankesa. Me date 19.07.2019 ka paraqitur ankese shoqeria INFORM ALBANIA,duke pretenduar skualifikimin e shoqerise INPRESS, per mospermbushje te kritereve kualifikuese. Me shkresen nr. 967, date 25.07.2019 eshte kthyer pergjigje nga AK shoqerise INFORM ALBANIA, ku eshte vendosur skualifikimi i shoqerise INPRESS, pasi nuk permbushe kriterin kualifikues te sherbimeve te ngjashme. Me date 30.07.2019 eshte bere rivlerismi i ofertave, duke skualifikuar operatorin ekonomik INPRESS. Me date 02.08.2019 ka paraqitur ankese shoqeria INPRESS ,duke pretenduar skualifikimin e shoqerise te padrejte nga kjo procedure prokurimi. Me date 08.08.2019 me shkrese me nr. 1023/2 prot, i eshte kthyer pergjigje shoqerise ankimuese INPRES, duke mos marre ne konsiderate ankesen. Me date 19.08.2019 shoqeria INPRESS ka paraqitur ankese prane KPP-se. Komisioni i Prokuimit Publik me vendimin nr. 667/2019 , date 16.10.2019 ka vendosur te mos pranoj ankesen e shoqerise INPRESS, duke lejuar autoritetin kontraktor ( UKSH) te vazhdoj me procedurat e tjera te shpalljes se fituesit.
