Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. OE “Ra-Mi Kompani” sh.p.k: • Nuk paraqet certifikaten e standartit VDE e prodhuesit te kabllove leshuar nga trupa certifikuese e VDE per kabell XLPE. Certifika e leshuar per prodhuesin Vatan dhe TT Kabel eshte vetem per kabell PVC. • Referuar procesverbalit per dorezimin e mostrave, ky operator nuk paraqet moster per zerin: - Aksesor shtyllor (qafore) abonenti, vetem 1 nga 2 tipet e kerkuara. Referuar katalogut te pararaqitur ne tender per aksesore te Prodhuesit FERMAN, mbrojtesja mekanike e kabllit nuk eshte ne vlerat e kerkuara ne Specifikime Teknike. • Nuk paraqet asnje te dhene teknike per Tirantuesin e seksionit 120 mm2. 2.
