Ka pasur ankesa. Vendim KSHA Nr. 7138/4 Prot. Dt. 01.11.2019. Vendim KPP Nr. 768/2019 Prot. Dt. 12.12.2019. Janë s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Ofertën e OE “Romeo Baçe” Person Fizik për arsye se, operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur ne kete procedure prokurimi vetëm ekstraktin nga QKB dhe asnjë dokument tjetër nje lidhje me kërkesat ne kete procedure prokurimi qe mund te vërtetoj kapacitetin teknik dhe financiar. 2. Oferten e OE “XPERT SYSTEMS” sh.p.k. për arsye se, operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur ne kete procedure prokurimi vetëm dokumentet te cilat janë kërkese sipas kritereve te përgjithshme, ndërsa ne lidhje me ofertën teknike nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokument apo zgjidhje ku mund te kryhet vlerësimi teknik. Praktikisht nuk është paraqitur asnjë emër,produkt software apo zgjidhje konkrete antivirus bazuar ne kërkesat e specifikimeve teknike ne procedure prokurimi. |
