Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skualifikuar ofertuesi si mëposhtë: 1. “H&E ENERGY” sh.pk pasi: Ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit, shtojca 9 “Kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit”, pika 2 “Kriteret e Veçanta te Kualifikimit”, pika 2.2 “kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar”, për të provuar kapacitetet financiare dhe ekonomike, operatori ekonomik sipas shkronjes “b” duhet të dorëzojë: vërtetim xhiroje vjetore nga Administrata Tatimore, per tre vitet e fundit, ku xhiroja mesatere e tre viteve të mos jete me vlerë më të ulët se 54,000,000 (Pesedhjete e kater milion) leke. Nisur nga sa mesiper, operatori ekonomik “H & E ENERGY” shpk sipas LPP, i ndryshuar, nenit 27, pika 5, shkronja c” te VKM nr. 914, e ndryshuar, nuk ploteson kriterin e xhiros mesatare te tre viteve te fundit ne vleren e 54,000,000 leke. Ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit, shtojca 9 “Kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit”, pika 2 “Kriteret e Veçanta te Kualifikimit”, pika 2.3 “kapaciteti teknik”, pika 1 “pervoja te meparshme”, operatori ekonomik duhet të dorëzojë furnizime të ngjashme për një vlerë jo më të vogël se54,000,000 (Pesedhjete e kater milion) leke që është realizuar gjatë tre viteve te fundit. Nisur nga sa mesiper, operatori ekonomik “H & E ENERGY” shpk sipas nenit 46 te LPP, ndryshuar, nenit 27, pikes 4, te VKM nr. 914, e ndryshuar, nuk ploteson kriterin e furnizimeve tengjashme, pasi vlera totale e furnizimit te mallit te ngjashem pa tvsh eshte 49,450,500 leke nga54,000,000 leke te kerkuar. |
