Operatori ekonomik “Edico Group” shpk : - Nuk ploteson keriteret per kualfikim te kerkuara ne DT, shtojsa 8, konkretisht: Nuk ploteson kriterin pika 2.2 ne lidhje me kapacitetitn ekonomiko financiar , a dhe b. - Nuk ploteson piken 2.3 “Kapaciteti teknik”, konkretisht, piken c. Katalogu nuk eshte i perkthyer dhe noterizuar, ne gjuhen shqipe ne kundershtim me kerkesen e vendosur tek njoftimi i kontrates gjuha e dokumentave eshte gjuha shqipe. - Piken f, ku eshte kerkuar licensa profesionale e shoqerise, mungon kategoria NP -1. - Nuk ploteson kriterin e kerkuar ne piken h, persa i perket stafit teknik, 2 punonjes te paisur me deshmi kualifikimi te sigurimit teknik kategoria III. 2.
