numer online te ankeses A/2025/5996 dhe protokolluar me tonën me nr. 2978/2025, datë
22.10.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “ISEC ” SHPK, për procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit,
duke kërkuar modifikimin e dokumenteve të procedurës së prokurimit objekt-ankimi. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr.1591 date 04.11.2025 vendosi - Te pranoje pjeserishte ankesen e operatorit ekonomik “ISEC ” SHPK, për procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit - Autoriteti Kontraktor te anulloje proceduren e prokurimit. |
