Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje në datë 13.05.2020. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. Eximoil, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.4 pasi produktet e paraqitura ne katalog nuk permbajne specifikimet teknike dhe treguesit cilesor ne perputhje me Shtojcen 9 sipas kerkeses se Autoritetit Kontraktor. - Nuk ka arritur te vertetoje dhe te jete i besueshem qe ka kapacitetet e duhura per realizimin me sukses dhe ne kohe te kesaj kontrate. - Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.7 pasi analizat e paraqitura nga ISHTI nga Autoriteti Kontraktor vleresohen si jo origjinale dhe autentike. - Nuk ka paraqitur raport analize nga ISHTI per artikullin Antifrize. Raport analiza e paraqitur per artikullin vaj kompresori nuk eshte specifike per vaj kompresori VDL100 sipas kerkeses. 2. Kappa OIL, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit pika 1.a. pasi operatori ekonomik ka nderhyre ne oferte ku afati i levrimit te mallit eshte shenuar 30 dhe kjo nuk eshte ne perputhje me kerkesen e Autoritetit Kontraktor. - Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.7 pasi mungon raport analiza per artikujt e kerkuar vaj kompresori VD100, vaj fully sintetic per kamio 75w80SL ndersa raport analizat e artikujve te tjere nuk perputhen me specifikimet e kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. 3. Vjollca OSMANI , për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion as mostrat. 4. B&A -02 sh.a, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka plotesuar piken: 2.3.2 Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë një moster per secilin artikull, me mbyllje fabrike dhe etikete fabrike ku te jene te shenuara specifikimet teknike, diten dhe oren e hapjes se ofertave, ne nje kuti me etiketen perkatese ku te shkruhet emri i operatorit ekonomik, objekti i procedures dhe emri i Autoritetit Kontraktor. 5. ARBLEV sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion as mostrat. |
