Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. TRADE INVEST, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument ne SPE qe te vertetoje permbushjen e Kritereve te Pergjithshme te Kualifikimit. - Nuk ka praqitur asnje dokument ne SPE qe te vertetoje permbushjen e shtojces 9, pika 1. Dhe 1.3. - Nuk ka paraqitur ne SPE asnje dokument qe te vertetoje permbushjen e pikave te percaktuara ne piken 2.3 Per kapacitetin teknik. 2. FERIT MYFTARI, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson piken 1,2,3 tek kritetret 2.3 Per kapacitetin teknik ne DST. - Per piken 3 te kapacitetit teknik nuk ka paraqitur ne SPE asnje dokument qe te vertetoje permbushjen e kesaj pike. 3.
