Po ka pasur ankesa dhe është dhënë vendimi në KPP datë 22.12.2020. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “En - El” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur oferten ekonomike si dhe asnje dokument ligjor dhe teknik. 2. “Sterkaj” shpk me Nr. Nipti J68310708M & “Aci Engineering” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka permbushur detyrimin e ketij legjislacioni sa I takon detyrimeve te stafit teknik. - OE “Sterkaj” Shpk ka 6 adresa te ushtrimit te aktivitetit dhe duhet te kishte paraqitur informacion mbi kontratat e energjise ne te gjitha keto adresa. 3. “Rafin” SHPK & “Bajrami N” SHPK, për këto arsye: - nuk ka permbushur detyrimin e ketij legjislacioni sa I takon detyrimeve te punonjesit Euklid Lleshaj, paga e te cilit sipas kontrates se punes eshte 35.000 leke dhe ne listapagesat Janar e Shkurt 2020 figuron me 0 (zero) leke dhe ne Mars 2020 me 19.291 leke. - OE “Rafin” Shpk nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per shlyrjen e detyrimeve te taksave vendore per vitin 2020 ne Belsh, Berat dhe Durres, nderkohe referuar deklarates mbi kontrates se proces, ka deklaruar se ka objekte ne keto bashki. |
