Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “MEPS-A” & NOVOMAT”, për këto arsye: - Kontrata e bashkepunimit Nr. 8404 Rep., Nr. 2697 Kol, date 12.10.2020 nuk ka te percaktuar elementet (zerat e preventivit qe do kryeje secili OE. Ne kontrate cilesohet se OE: “MEPS-A” SHPK do te realizoje 60% te punimeve sipas tabeles bashkelidhur & “NOVAMAT” SHPK do te realizoje 40% te punimeve sipas tabeles bashkelidhur, por bashkelidhur nuk ka tabele/preventive te ndarjes se zerave te punimeve, ne kundershtim me nenin 74/2 te VKM Nr. 914 ,datë 29.12.2014. - “Novamat” Shpk nuk disponon kategorine Kategoria NP-1A Punime germimi ne toke, nderkohe, ne kontraten e bashkepunimit Nr. 8404 Rep., Nr. 2697 Kol, date 12.10.2020 nuk eshte percaktuar nese kjo licence i nevojitet kesaj shoqerie (nuk jane percaktuar zerat/elementet qe do kryeje). - “MEPS-A” Shpk nuk ka paraqitur deshmi nga administrate tatimore (Drejoria Rajonale e tatim taksave) per punesimin mesatar, por ka paraqitur vetem listepagesat. |
