"START CO" shpk, për këto arsye: - ISO e prodhuesit për DGA eshte e pavlefshme, pasi prodhuesi zotëron ISO për transformatorët e fuqisë dhe disa panele kontrolli. Sistemi DGA është totalisht i ndryshëm nga panelet e kontrollit. - Nuk plotëson piken 2.3.5 të KVK. Nuk eshte paraqitur letër bashkëpunimi ndërmjet OE dhe prodhuesit të seteve DGA. 2.
