EN- EL sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Ka paraqitur vetem formularin e ofertes pa vlere ekonomike dhe asnje dokumentacion tjeter ligjor, ekonomik dhe teknik profesional te kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor . 2. “GRIALD & NIKA” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk kane paraqitur dokumentacionin sipas DST-se se publikuar nga AK.
