KVO ka pranuar kerkesen dhe nuk ka bere vleresimin e ofertes se subjektit “ERGI” sh.p.k. 2. OE “BE-IS” sh.p.k : • I gjithe dokumentacioni teknik i paraqitur nga OE me perjashtim te Autorizimit te Prodhuesit eshte ne gjuhe te huaj, duke qene ne kundershtim me kerkesat e DST ku gjuha e perdorur ne oferte duhet te jete gjuha shqipe. • Makinerite e deklaruara ne kete procedure prokurimi, rezultojne te njejtat me makinerite e angazhuara ne kontraten me objekt “Ndertimi Fiderit 20 KV C19 te Nenstacionit 110/20/6 KV Traktora Kabina te reja dhe kabina rikonstruksion si dhe Linja TU me Kabell ABC (Punetori)” te lidhur me Autoriteti Kontraktor Drejtoria Rajonale Tirane OSHEE sh.a. • Referuar ekstraktit QKB te OE rezulton se ky i fundit ka ushtruar aktivitet tregtar ne Uren Vajgurore Berat pergjate vitit 2018, por nuk dorezon vertetim per taksat vendore prane kesaj njesie Administrative. |
