Ka pasur ankesa. Me datë 15/03/2021 Operatori Ekonomik “Atlantik 3” shpk ka paraqitur ankesë pranë Autoritetit Kontraktor e cila është protokolluar tek dokumentet e hyra me nr. 327 prot., datë 17/03/2021. Me vendimin nr. 372/2 prot., datë 19/03/2021 i përcjellë me shkresën nr. 327/3 prot., datë 19.03.2021 është refuzuar ankesa e operatorit “Atlantik 3” shpk për moslegjitimim për paraqitje ankese. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik (KPP) me Vendim nr. 192/2021 prot., datë 06/05/2021 vendosi të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Atlantik 3” shpk duke detyruar Autoritetin Kontraktor të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së datë 12.03.2021. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. Albania Distribution Chem, për këto arsye: - për automjetin për të cilin duhet të kryejë transportin e mallit, i sipas legjislacionit në fuqi futet tek mallrat e rrezikshëm nuk ka paraqitur çertifikatë për transportin e mallrave të rrezikshme siç kërkohet në dokumentet e tenderit, të lëshuara nga organi kompetent i ngarkuar me ligj (DPSHTRR). |
