Ka pasur ankesa. kthyer pergjigje nga Autoriteti Kontraktor ne daten 25.03.2021. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “VESA 2014” sh.p.k” & “Sali Elektrik ”, për këto arsye: - nuk ka permbushur kriteret e veçantë të kualifikimit, përcaktuar në DST Kapitulli 2.3. Kapaciteti Teknik pika 1 “Përvoja te mëparshme”. 2. “G.A.C” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Ka mangesi ne paraqitjen e autorizimit te prodhuesit per disa nga mallrat e kerkuara (konkretisht aksesore te celave TM, sensore per matje temperature, transformatore torroidale, fisheke sigurese) 3. “DABAR” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotësohet kriteri i veçantë i kualifikimit, përcaktuar në Shtojcen Specifikimet Teknike te publikuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor ku percaktohet “Cdo cele duhet te kete te dukshme ne trupin e saj ne nje barkod specifik, nepermiet te cilit te behet i mundur leximi i te gjitha te dhenave teknike me ane te skanerit, nga operatoret e oshee. |
