Ka marrë përgjigje në datë 27.03.2021 Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Bajrami N“ sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ka deklaruar te gjitha kontratat per te cilat eshte shpallur fitues, sipas Shtojcës 11. - Ne kerkesat per kualifikim eshte kerkuar qe OE te jete i paisur me certifikatat perkatese te vlefshme te ISO-ve por ne asnjeren prej tyre si ne: ISO 9001:2015 :certifikaten e menaxhimit te cilesise se punimeve, qe kane lidhje me objektin e kontrates;ISO 45001: ose OHSAS 18001:2007 certifikaten e sistemit te menaxhimit te sigurise ne pune, ne lidhje me objektin e kontrates;ISO 14001:2015 : per sistemin e menaxhimit mjedisor, ne lidhje me objektin e kontrates.ISO 50001:2011 per sistemin e menaxhimit te energjise, ne lidhje me objektin e kontrates, nuk eshte percaktuar se OE Bajrami N sh.p.k. te jete i certifikuar me ISOT e mesiperme per objektin e prokurimit ne fjale( linja elektrike). |
