Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ Albania Distribution Chem” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk eshte prodhues, pasi ka autorizim nga kompania Italiane “Allchital S.R.L dhe si i tille duhet te plotësoj kërkesat e pikës b) te këtij kriteri, pra te paraqesi si dokumentacion me kete kompani nje kontrate furnizmi apo kontrate bashkëpunimi te noterizuar/përkthyer, per te garantuar se kushtet e kontratës plotesohen, jo vetëm per sasinë e mallit qe do furnizohet, e cila eshte përcaktuar ne preventivin e hartuar nga AK, mënyra e dorzimit te mallit, kohen e furnizimit, periudhën per te cilën lidhet kjo kontrate, e domosdoshme per tu përmbushur me suksese dhe pa pengesa realizimin e kontratës me OE. 2. “ATLANTIK 3”shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk vërteton se eshte i regjistruar dhe i certifikuar per tregtimin e produkteve kimike, per trajtimin e ujit per konsum njerezor ne Komunitetin Europian. 3. “EURO MEGA 2010” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk ka dorëzuar asnjë dokumentacion per te vërtetuar se produkti qe OE ofron, eshte i analizuar nga laboratori i institucionit te “ISHP”-se si i vetmi organ përgjegjës, qe lëshon kete “Raport Analize” per produktin e kerkuar ne procedurën e prokurimit. |
