Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Business Information Systems Software” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk përmbush pikën 2.3.2 të shtojca 7, “Kriteret e Veçanta për Kualifikim”, të “Dokumentave Standarte të Tenderit”, pasi kërkohen minimalisht 4 punonjës të siguruar për periudhën dhjetor 2020 – shkurt 2021, ndërkohë janë paraqitur vetem 2 punonjës të siguruar për periudhën dhjetor 2020 – shkurt 2021. 2. “Mc Monitoring” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk përmbush pikën 2.3.1 të shtojca 7, “Kriteret e Veçanta për Kualifikim”, të “Dokumentave Standarte të Tenderit”, pasi nuk përmbushet me fatura të rregullta shërbime me natyrë të ngjashme të kryera gjatë tre viteve të fundit, me vlerë jo më pak se 39% e vlerës së përllogaritur të kontratës. |
