GLAVENICA, për këto arsye: - Përsa i perket punimeve mbi shina e traversa ne Hekurudhe subjekti duhet te jete i pajisur me piken e licences NS- 11-A, Operatori GLAVENICA nuk eshte i pajisur me kete licence. 2. Rroku GUEST, për këto arsye: - Kontrata e punes per inxhinierin mekanik qe ka paraqitur operatori nuk eshte e vlefshme. - Kamioni me targe AB 870 AD- Leja e qarkullimit ne piken 24 eshte e korrigjuar me dore, kjo e ben te pamundur llogaritjen e tonazhit te mjetit nga KVO. Polisa e sigurimit per periudhen e vlefshmerise se siguracionit eshte e korrigjuar. |
