Në përfundim të shqyrtimit të ankesës Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendimin nr. 1057/2021, datë 29.12.2021 ka vendosur: Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Sinteza Co” Sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur ofertë ekonomike dhe dokumentacion ligjor. 2. “InfoSoft System” Sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk përmbushet pika 2.3.4 e kritereve të veçanta për kualifikim të Shtojca 7, të DST-së pasi nuk dëshmon qe ka stafin e nevojshem teknik të kualifikuar për instalimin dhe implementimin e zgjidhjeve te ofertuara, mungojnë kualifikimet e kërkuara për të paktën 2 (dy) specialistë të çertifikuar për Teknologjine Storage për të instaluar dhe konfiguruar zgjidhjen storage të prodhuesit. |
