ERVIN LUZI, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur ne sistem asnje lloj dokumenti qe verteton permbushjen e certifikates ISO 14001:2004 për tregtimin dhe mirëmbajtjen e mallrave objekt prokurimi. |
