Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “VODAFONE ALBANIA” sha, për këto arsye: - Operatori Vodafone Albania ka deklaruar ne “Deklaraten per disponimin e punonjesve”, pjese e formularit përmbledhës të vetedeklarimit sipas shtojces nr. 9 te DST, se ka ne stafin e tij 3 inxhiniere te certifikuar me SCTE. Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit te derguar nga operatori, pas kerkeses per sqarim te paraqitur nga komisioni i vleresimit te ofertave, vihet re se nga ana e operatorit nuk eshte plotesuar gjithe dokumentacioni mbeshtetes qe verteton vetedeklarimin per disponimin e 3 punonjesve inxhiniere te certifikuar me SCTE. Rezulton se vetem 1 (nje) prej punonjesve te certifikuar me SCTE disponon diplomen e arsimit te larte (elektronik/telekomunikacion/informatik/TIK). Ndersa punonjesit e tjere qe kane kete certifikim, nuk kane diplomen e arsimit te larte, kjo ne kundershtim me piken 2.3.7, kapaciteti teknik ne DST. 2. “Tele.co.Albania” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike dhe asnje dokument qe te provoje kerkesat ligjore ekonomike dhe teknike sic kerkohet ne DST |
