Shamo Construction Sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Punonjesi Z.Pellumb Hysa,Manovratore(Eskavatorit)nuk ka paraqitur deshmi e aftesise profesionale(licensen e leshuar nga DPRR,dhe deshmia e kualifikimit e sigurimit teknike jashte afateve. - Per mjetin fadrome me goma nuk ka paraqitur dekomentat qe verteton rregjistrimin e mjetit(leje qarkullimi,çertifikaten e kontrollit teknike,policen e sigurimit vjetore. 2. Florida sh p k, për këto arsye: - Munges dekumentacioni pikerishte e leshuara nga organet e pavarura qe vertetojne pajtushmerin e tyre me standartet e kerkuara te cilesise mungon certifikata ISO PAS 99-2012. |
