Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ISEC” shpk, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.1, të kapacitetit teknik, pasi në dokumentacion e ngarkuar në SPE, operatori ekonomik nuk dëshmon që të kenë realizuar shërbime të ngjashme në një vlerë jo më të vogël sa 20 % e fondit limit që prokurohet. - nuk plotëson pikën 2.3.3 të kapacitetit teknik pasi operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokumentacion që të provojë se disponon autorizim prodhuesi, ose nga distributorët e autorizuar apo të tjerë lejuar/certifikuar/autorizuar nga prodhuesit e produkteve Hardware, që do të furnizojë për shitjen dhe suportin në territorin e Shqiperisë. |
