Pas kërkesës për argumentim të elementëve të ofertës anomalisht të ulët OE dërgoi argumentimet përkatëse. Pas shqyrtimit të materialit të paraqitur rezultoi mospërputhje të cmimeve midis deklarimit të ofertës dhe verifikimeve të faturave të mallit në origjinë të lëshuara nga prodhuesi. Argumentimi u konsiderua i pasaktë nga komisioni. |
