Ka pasur ankesa. Vendimi i KPP-së nr.421/2022 datë 06.05.2022 (nr.723/5 prot. datë 06.05.2022) protokolluar prane Autoritetit Kontraktor me nr.297 prot, date 11.05.2022. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ERVIN LUZI”, për këto arsye: - nuk provon përvojë të mëparshme të ngjashme, në vlerën e kerkuar ne DST, pasi nuk ka paraqitur dëshmi për furnizime të mëparshme, të ngjashme me objektin e prokurimit, të kryera gjatë tre viteve të fundit, me vlerë sa ajo e kerkuar ne DST, pra jo me pak se 900 000 leke pa TVSH, siç percaktohet ne piken 2.3.1, te rubrikes 2.Kriteret e Vecanta te Kualifikimit, te percaktuara ne Shtojcen 7 te DST. 2. “HEST” SHPK, për këto arsye: - certifikata e cilësisë ISO 9001:2015 (Sistemi i menaxhimit të cilësisë) e prodhuesit N.P.T. FERPLAST, Ferizaj, Kosove, me nr.certifikate 0921Q314 e paraqitur per kete procedure prokurimi ne SPE nga OE ofertues HEST shpk, nuk eshte e perkthyer ne shqip dhe e noterizuar. 3. “SAM-ARS 2016” SHPK, për këto arsye: - certifikata e cilësisë ISO 9001:2015 (Sistemi i menaxhimit të cilësisë) e prodhuesit FRUTIBEST shpk, e paraqitur per kete procedure prokurimi ne SPE nga OE ofertues SAM-ARS 2016 shpk, i ka perfunduar vlefshmeria ne daten 09 GUSHT 2020, pra eshte jashte afatit te vlefshmerise |
