Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm : 1. BOE “Das oil ” sh.p.k & “Eroil” sh.a : • Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.4 te kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit “Kapaciteti teknik”, pasi nuk ka paraqitur vertetim per te treguar se ka paguar taksat vendore per vitin 2018 ne vendet e ushtrimit te aktivitetit si vijon: Tiranë, Durrës, Shkodër, Lezhë, Burrel, Elbasan, Fier, Vlorë, Korçë. • Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.5 te kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit “Kapaciteti teknik”, pasi nuk ka paraqitur analizen e furnizimit të fundit para zhdoganimit (jo më parë se 1 muaj nga data e hapjes së ofertave), të bëra nga laboratori i Inspektoriatit Qëndror Teknik për mallin Benzine (Premium Unl 10 ppm), në përputhje me standartet Shqiptare, shoqëruar me certifikatën e origjinës dhe cilësisë së mallit. |
