Te mbylle çeshtjen per ankesen e paraqitur nga “Qendra e Monitorimit të Mjedisit” SHPK per kete procedure prokurimi. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet te vijoje me hapat e metejshëm te procedures se prokurimit.
