Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1."ASI-2A CO"sh.p.k , per asrye: -ka ofertuar duke hequr zera nga preventivi i hedhur ne sistem nga AK.Konkretisht eshte ofertuar vetem per nje kabine box ,nderkohe qe ne preventivin e hedhur ne sistem jane dy kabina box qe perseriten,pra mungojne tre flete ose 23 zera nga preventivi i hedhur ne sistem nga Autoriteti Kontraktor . 2."Ngracan 1934"sh.p.k &"AA&P"sh.p.k, per arsye: -ka ofertuar duke hequr zera nga preventivi i hedhur ne sistem nga AK.Konkretisht eshte ofertuar vetem per nje kabine box ,nderkohe qe ne preventivin e hedhur ne sistem jane dy kabina box qe perseriten,pra mungojne tre flete ose 23 zera nga preventivi i hedhur ne sistem nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. 3."Eurondertimi 2000"sh.p.k, per arsye: nuk ploteson kushtin per 10 punonjes elektriciste te kerkuar pasi ka vetem 3 te tille. Punonjesit e tjere te paraqitur per elektriciste jane te nje operatori tjeter ekonomik (Everest sh.p.k)ashtu sic eshte deklaruar edhe nga ofertuesi ne vetdeklarimin permbledhes, por ne dst nga Autoriteti Kontraktor nuk eshte lejuar mbeshtetja ne kapacitetet e subjekteve te tjera. |
