Të pranohet ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Marketing & Distribution” Sh.p.k Nipt J72124001N, për procedurën e mësipërme. 2. Të pranohet ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Erisoni Company” Sh.p.k Nipt K92006501A, për procedurën e mësipërme. 3. Autoriteti kontraktor të kryejë rivlerësim të procedurëssë prokurimit Brenda 5 ditëve, të vërë në dijeni Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik për zbatimin e këtij vendimi duke dokumentuar veprimet e kryera.
