Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “B&A-02” sh.a, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson piken 2.4.1 Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë një mostër për secilin artikull, me mbyllje fabrike dhe etiketë fabrike ku të jenë të shënuara specifikimet teknike, ditën dhe orën e hapjes së ofertave, në një kuti me etiketën përkatëse ku të shkruhet emri i operatorit ekonomik, objekti i procedurës dhe emri i Autoritetit Kontraktor sipas kerkesave te Autoritetit Kontraktor. 2. Power Industries sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson piken 2.4.3 duhet te disponoje dhe paraqese Certifikate ISO 9001:2015 ku te jete i pasqyruar objekti i prokurimit per B.O Auto France e cila nuk disponon te perkthyer certifikata ne gjuhen shqipe dhe te noterizuar sipas kerkesave te Autoritetit Kontraktor. |
