Ka pasur ankesa nga operatoret ekonomike “KREATX” SHPK dhe “Future Block Group” SHPK , me objekt shfuqizimin e vendimit te Komisionit te Vleresimit te Ofertave per skualifikimin e oferteve te paraqitura nga keta operatore per kete procedure prokurimi. Pas njoftimit te fituesit nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.INET, per arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur një punonjës të certifikuar në MY SQL ose SQL Server por ka paraqitur një certifikatë të lëshuar nga ORACLE për “Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert” çertifikatë e cila nuk është ajo e kërkuara nga Njësia e Prokurimit (MY SQL ose SQL Server) - Faza: Kriter i pergjithshem. 2.PRIMUS ALBANIA, per arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur një punonjës të certifikuar në MY SQL ose SQL Server por në deklaratën e dorëzuar deklaron se punonjësi certifikuar në MY SQL ose SQL Server është Andja Semanjaku por në dokumentacionin e saj me ka paraqitur një certifikatë të lëshuar nga ORACLE për “Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate” dhe një çertifikatë të lëshuar nga ORACLE për “Oracle Forms Developer Certified Professional” e cila nuk është ajo e kërkuara nga Njësia e Prokurimit (MY SQL ose SQL Server). - nuk ka paraqitur kontratat për shërbimet e ngjashme me subjektet shtetërore por vetëm referencat nga subjektet - Faza: Kriter i pergjithshem. |
