Shoqeria SARK, per arsye: -Nuk ka permbushur kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim pika 2.2.3 Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar pika ku bilanci i vititi 2020 i kerkuar ka raport negativ ndermjet aktivit dhe pasivit -Nuk permbush ne shtojcen 8 te vetedeklarimit seksioni B 6 -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.1 pasi furnizime te ngjashme ka te vlefshme vetem tre fatura Tvsh te vitit 2019 me zerat cakull dhe stabilizant, jo per te gjitha zerat sipas preventivit. 2. FLED, per arsye: -Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.1 pasi furnizime te ngjashme me Bashkine Mallakaster eshte e vitit 2018 dhe jo brenda tre viteve te fundit -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.4, sepse ka paraqitur impiant prodhimi inerte dhe jo karriere per prodhimin e inerteve me leje shfrytezimi, ose kontrate noteriale furnizimi. |
