Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.“Lumacom” , per arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur iso 9001, 27001 dhe 20000. - Operatori ekonomik nuk eshte paraqitur prane zyres se Protokollit per te sjell mostrat e kerkuar sipas DST. - Nuk ka paraqitur sigurimin e ofertes. - Nuk ka paraqitur oferten teknike. - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje katalog te pjeseve te kerkuara. 2.“Laviva Technologies” , per arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur xhirot per 3 vitet e fundit. - Faturat/kontratat e ngjashme te paraqitura nuk e plotesojne kërkesen dëshmi për shërbimet e mëparshme, të ngjashme, të kryera gjatë tri viteve të fundit, nga data e publikimit te njoftimit te kontrates se shpallur, në një vlerë jo më të vogël se 20 % e vlerës së fondit limit. - Nuk ka paraqitur iso 9001, 27001 dhe 20000. - Operatori ekonomik nuk eshte paraqitur prane zyres se Protokollit per te sjell mostrat e kerkuar sipas DST. - Nuk ka paraqitur sigurimin e ofertes. - Nuk ka paraqitur oferten teknike. - Nuk ka paraqitur asnje katalog te pjeseve te kerkuara. |
