Ka pasur ankese nga operatori ekonomik PC STORE me objekt modifikimin e dokumentave te tenderit. Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: - “Microtech Computer Systems” SHPK, per arsye: • Nuk ka paraqitur Sigurimin e Ofertes sipas Pikes 2.1.B te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.1 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim pasi deshmite e deklaruara nuk jane ne perputhje me objektin e kontrates qe prokurohet por jane sherbime mirembajtje, instalative per rrjet dhe shitje paisjesh rrjeti netëork si sëitch etj. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.3 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim pasi nuk ka paraqitur asnje autorizim me prodhuesin apo me distributorin e autorizuar nga prodhuesi. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.4 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim pasi ka deklaruar numrin dhe disponueshmerine e punonjesve ne Sjtojcen e Vetdeklarimit por jo te shoqeruar me dokumentat prouesi mbi kualifikimiet sipas kerkeses ne DST. • Nuk permbush piken 2.3.5 te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim pasi nuk ka dorezuar formatin e Ofertes Teknike dhe kataloget perkates te markuar sipas kerkeses se pikes ne DST. |
