Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -PC STORE , per arsye: • Nuk përmbush pikën 2.3.2. të DST ...”Nuk ka paraqitur katalog per produktin e zerit nr. 12 sipas preventivit “Interactive board”” • Nuk permbush specifikimet teknike per produktin e zerit nr. 10 sipas preventivit “Software per monitorimin e sigurise kibernetike ”. Operatori ekonomik PC Store, nisur nga kataloget e produkteve te ngarkuar ne sistem, rezulton se nuk mund te ofroje nje zgjidhje per monitorimin e sigurise kibernetike duke permbushur specifikimet teknike te produktit te kerkuara ne projekt. Me konkretisht, ne kataloget teknik te ngarkuar nga operatori ekonomik PC Store verehet se jane ngarkuar dy produkte te ndryshme per te permbushur kerkesat minimale teknike si me poshte: 1 – Trellix Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 2 – Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator On-Prem (ePO) Zgjidhja “EDR” nuk ofron mudesine e krijimit te kapaciteteve backup dhe rimekembjes nga fatkeqesite per sistemet e institucionit, pike kyce kjo e kerkesave teknike minimale te projektit. Zgjidhja “ePO” eshte nje produkt qe instalohet dhe menaxhohet lokalisht duke mos permbushur keshtu kushtin e kerkuar ne kerkesat minimale teknike per ofrimin e zgjidhjes online ne cloud per menxhimin e sigurise kibernetike. Gjithashtu, nepermjet ePO nuk ofrohet kapaciteti backup dhe rimekembje ndaj fatkeqesive sikurse eshte kerkuar ne project. Si perfundim, zgjidhja e ofruar nga operatori ekonomik PC Store nuk i permbush kerkesat minimale teknike per produktin e zerit nr. 10 sipas preventivit “Software per monitorimin e sigurise kibernetike” |
