Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.NIKA sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ka paraqitur formularin e sigurimit te ofertes, te kapacitetit financiar sipas shtojces 3 -Nuk ka paraqitur disa nga flete analizat sipas DST se 2.SEAD SGS , per arsye: -Nuk ka paraqitur deshmi per pervoje te meparshme -Nuk ka deklaruar ne QKB kontraten nr.127 viti 2022 me Drejtorine e Cerdheve dhe Kopshteve, Bashkia Shkoder si NIPT dytesor dhe nuk ka deklaruar taksat vendore te Bashkise Shkoder per vitim 2022. -Nuk ka paraqitur dy nga mostrat e ( djathe i bardhe dhe berxolle derri) sipas specifikimeve teknike ne DST -Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin provues ku provohet se nga kontrolli i fundit i AKU ka rezultuar se subjekti ushtron aktivitet konform kerkesave ligjore |

Më datë 26.06.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik pasi shqyrtoi kërkesën e ankimuesit dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi: 1.
