Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. BOE ITE Group sh.p.k dhe ITE Engineering sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk eshte e njejte ndarja e perqindjes se ofertes ekonomike me ndarjen e perqindjes se deklaruar ne kontraten e bashkepunimit. -Formulari i vetedeklarimit te paraqitur nga ITE Group sh.p.k nuk eshte sipas formatit te shtojces 8 te DT mallra por sipas formatit te shtojces 8 DT pune. -Formulari i vetedeklarimit te paraqitur nga ITE Engineering sh.p.k nuk eshte sipas formatit te shtojces 8 te DT mallra por sipas formatit te shtojces 8 DT pune. -Nuk ka paraqitur sigurim oferte. -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.5 pasi, certifikata per panelet TU e paraqitur nuk eshte certifikate e leshuar nga vete prodhuesi apo instutitucion i autorizuar. -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.9 pasi, sipas katalogut teknik te paraqitur eshte ofertuar impianti shperndares PrismaSet P, ku ne te dhenat e katalogut te prodhuesit Schneider eshte impiant shperndares jo industrial (Switchgear) me celesa automate me micrologic, por eshte panel shperndarje per ndertesa civile me automate modulare. 2. HTM sh.p.k. per arsye: -Formulari i vetedeklarimit te paraqitur nga HTM sh.p.k nuk eshte sipas formatit te shtojces 8 te DT mallra por sipas formatit te shtojces 8 DT pune. -Formulari i ofertes i paraqitur nga HTM sh.p.k nuk eshte sipas formatit te shtojces 1 te DT mallra por sipas formatit te shtojces 1 DT pune. -Shtojca 2 Lista e artikujve e paraqitur nga HTM sh.p.k nuk eshte sipas formatit te shtojces 2 te DT mallra por sipas formatit te shtojces 2 DT sherbim. -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.10, pasi nuk ka paraqitur test raporte te impiantit shperndares, qe te vertetetoje qe prodhuesi ka kapacitete teknike qe mund te realizoje te gjitha testimet sic jane kerkuar ne specifikime teknike. 3. Albesol sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.5, pasi certifikatat per panelet TU nuk jane certifikata te leshuara nga vete prodhuesi apo instutitucion i autorizuar. -Nuk ka kapacitete teknike per punime me impante TU industriale konkretisht per rryma 3200 A me celesa automatike, me komandim nga distanca per automatike change over. -Modeli i impiantit shperndares te paraqitur nga OE nuk eshte ne perputhje me parametrat e panelit 13LKA ne HEC Koman, ku sipas specifikimeve eshte impiant shperndares industrial Switchgear. -Nuk ka paraqitur test raporte qe prodhuesi realizon ne lidhje me impiantin e ofruar OKKEN, ne menyre qe te vertetohet se OE ka siguruar kapacitet teknike per te realizuar te gjitha testet sipas specifikimeve teknike per impiantet. |
