Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Eshte skaulifikuar operatori ekonomike i meposhtem: -Nuk ploteson kriterin per kualifikim 2.2.1, pasi nuk ka paraqitur vertetim per xhiron vjetore te 3 (tre) viteve te fundit -Nuk ploteson kriterin per kualifikim 2.3.1, pasi vlera totale e faturave te paraqitura eshte 6,732,000 lek, nderkohe qe vlera e kerkuar ne kete kriter duhet te jete jo me e vogel se 40 Perqind e fondit limit e barabarte ne vlere monetare 8,800,000 leke. -Nuk ploteson kriterin per kualifikim 2.3.3, pasi ne Formularin e vetedeklarimit, pika B nuk ka plotesuar deklarimin per numrin e punonjesve dhe profilin e punonjesve -Nuk ploteson kriterin per kualifikim 2.3.6, pasi ne Formularin e vetedeklarimit tek pika B nuk ka plotesuar seksionin e formularit me te dhenat konkrete. Nuk ploteson kriterin per kualifikim 2.3.7, pasi ne diten dhe oren e hapjes se ofertave nuk kane paraqitur mostrat e kerkuara -Nuk ka paraqitur sigurim oferte sipas shtojces 3. |
