QENDRA E MONITORIMIT TE MJEDISIT sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk permbush kriterin 2.3.2 te D.S.T, pasi nuk posedon nje laborator te akredituar nga Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Akreditimit sipas ISO ICE 1725 per matjen e parametrave te cilesise se ajrit ne mjedis –Nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.7 te D.S.T pasi ne dokumentat e dorezuara ne rruge elektronike, nuk ka deklaruar ne staf nje Inxhinier Gjeomjedisi me diplome master -Nuk permbush kriterin 2.3.11 te D.S.T, pasi nuk eshte i akredituar nga Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Akreditimit, sipas ISO IEC17025, per realizimin e matjeve te parametrave te ndryshem te perberesve te mbatjeve urbane si, letra, karton etj. |

Njoftuar lidhja e Kontrates në Buletinin Nr. 57 datë 26 Qershor 2023 Më datë 26.06.2023 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është dorëzuar ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “Qendra e Monitorimit të Mjedisit” SHPK dhe objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues “Qendra e Monitorimit të Mjedisit” SHPK Më datë 25.08.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi dëgjoi relatorin e çështjes, shqyrtoi parashtrimet me shkrim e pretendimet e ankimuesit, dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi vendosi: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Qendra e Monitorimit të Mjedisit” SHPK 2. Të marrë vendim deklarativ, në bazë të të cilit pushteti gjyqësor mund të dëmshpërblejë ankuesin, që ka pësuar humbje ose dëme si rezultat i shkeljes së këtij ligji. 3. Autoriteti kontraktor të këtë në vëmendje këto konstatime në lidhje me procedurat e tjera që do të zhvillojë. 4. T’i propozojë Agjencisë së Prokurimit Publik nisjen e hetimeve në bazë të konstatimeve të bëra në këtë vendim. |
