Modeli i ofertuar nuk mundeson miksimin e video dhe fotove. Modeli i ofertuar nuk ben bllokimin e videove per mbrotje te dhenash. Modeli i ofertuar nuk ka te dhena per procesorin i cili kerkohet 2 cope 64 bit. Modeli i ofertuar mundeson ram 16 GB ose 64 GB nderkohe qe kerkohet minimalisht 64 GB ram dhe me mundesine te zgjerohet deri ne 256 GB. Nuk ka te dhena ne lidhje me regjistrimin e minimalisht te 600 kamerave te kerkuara te regjistrojne . 2. Më datë 29.08.2023, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi shqyrtoi informacionin e paraqitur vendosi: 1. Të mbyllë çështjen për ankesën e paraqitur nga BOE “I.S.S (INTEGRATED SMART SOLUTIONS)” SHPK & “Elektrosek” SHPK 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së prokurimit të sipërcituar. 3. Ngarkohet zyra e financës, që të bëjë kthimin e tarifës financiare të paguar nga BOE “I.S.S (INTEGRATED SMART SOLUTIONS)” SHPK & “Elektrosek” SHPK. |
