Nuk ka plotesuar asnje nga kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne dokumentet e tenderit, te cilat duhet të plotësohen me dorëzimin e vetëdeklaratës me shkrim të subjektit, në ditën e hapjes së ofertës, sipas Shtojcës 5. Operatori ekonomik “K.M.K” sh.p.k ka bashkelidhur vetem Ekstratin Histroirk te subjektit date 26.04.2018.
b. Nuk ka plotesuar asnje nga kriteret e veçanta te kapacitetit ekonomik dhe financiar.
c. Nuk ka plotesuar asnje nga kriteret e veçanta te kapacitetit teknik.
d. Nuk ka plotesuar dokumentet e tjera, perkatesisht shtojcen 6 deklarate per permbushjen e specifikimeve teknike dhe shtojcen 7 deklarate mbi konfliktin e interesit. Ka bashkelidhur vetem formularin e ofertes sipas shtojces 1.
